Rules & Eligibility Criteria

To maintain transparency and fairness, all participants must adhere to the following rules and eligibility conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Teachers must be associated with a participating school or coaching institution.
   • Must guide a minimum of 100 registered students.
   • For Innovation Awards and Fellowship, documentation of teaching strategy must be submitted.
2. Performance Metrics:
   • Based on the number and quality of student performances.
   • Peer or student nominations may be considered in some categories.

HOW TO APPLY FOR OLYMPQUIZ SCHOLARSHIPS

To maintain transparency and fairness, all participants must adhere to the following rules and eligibility conditions:

1. Step 1: Teacher Registration
   • Go to www.olympquiz.com/teacher-registration
   • Click on “Student Registration”
   • Enter:
     • Full Name, School Name, Grade(s) Taught
     • Subjects & Preferred Language
     • Upload School ID or Authorization Letter
2. Step 2: Invite or Register Students
   • Share your Teacher Code with your students so their performance links to you.
   • Alternatively, bulk upload your student list through the dashboard
3. Step 3: Scholarship Application (if applying for special categories)

   • For Innovation in Education or Teacher Fellowship, go to your dashboard and:

     • Submit a case study or short write-up (max 500 words) of your innovative teaching approach
     • Upload any supportive photos, lesson plans, or student testimonials

Application Deadlines

• Student Applications: Open 30 days before each OlympQuiz round; close 10 days after result announcement
• Teacher/School Awards: Annual submissions open from October to February
